Felony penalties for individuals who block emergency personnel from conducting their life-saving duties
Senator Mastriano plans to introduce legislation that would significantly increase penalties for individuals who obstruct emergency vehicles from passing through a roadway. Penalties would also increase for individuals who block a police station, fire station, ambulance station or hospital entrance. For more information, click here.
